Plastic narthex with inner foamy coating and two stabilizing strips of opposite pressure. It is used to keep the big  toe in right place during sleep or rest in home. The narthex limits the pain, and it inhibits the development of  deformation, especially at an early stage and as long as some flexibility is still maintained in the big toe, so that a  correction can be achieved without surgical intervention.
